White Oak Enterprises is a Chattanooga, Tennessee based private investment firm that was founded in 2014 after the successful exit from multiple health care companies. White Oak primarily invests in health care companies in early to mid-stage development and commercial real estate ventures and projects. The company functions both as a real estate developer and investment partner in the industrial, mixed use, and hospitality sectors.
